This property was just what we needed.

The staff were customer-focused and very polite during our stay. The room we had included coffee and tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing table.

We had a fantastic stay in a budget-friendly, quiet room with a large and clean bathroom.

I had silent and perfect room complete with a big bathroom, quite clean plus heating. The hotel was in a great location near to especially the center and Shopping mall. Restaurant Expo Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. The staff here is really nice and friendly, making the stay enjoyable and pleasant. 😊

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Krakow. The staff were competent, and the room was good-sized with quite clean, a big bathroom and heating. The daily service was nice!

Marvellous location right by the center of the city and main points of Krakow. The room was silent with a bathroom.- They provided wake-up service when I asked.- Liked the location to museums.The service was pleasant, the location was superb with easy access to the city center and main attractions of Krakow. The room provided a quiet space with its own bathroom, and the staff were accommodating with wake-up calls. the hotel's proximity to museums was convenient.

The staff at Pokoje U Filipa is very customer-oriented and the services are great. The location couldn't be better, being so close to the historical center, city center, and the railway station. I have no complaints and will definitely stay here again next time.

The location of the hotel is nice, just a short stroll away from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. The area is great, just off the railway station and old town as well as Galeria Krakowska.- The rooms are good-sized, especially those with a bathroom and heating, plus quite clean.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our room was lovely and had central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The service was nice throughout our stay. Moreover, we had good internet.
